Are you highly organised and able to work with a team to keep our office running smoothly? Help us build a campaigning organisation capable of challenging the political establishment and building a better democracy.

The Administrative Assistant will support our activities, working on a range of administrative tasks, including preparing briefings for our Director, making arrangements for board meetings, handling correspondence, and processing the donations we receive.

This role does not require you to be involved in our campaigning work, but you will have the opportunity to get involved with our projects to build a movement for democratic change in Britain.

This role is perfect for someone who sympathises with our values, who is organised and detail-oriented, and is willing to take on a broad range of tasks to support members of our team.

Can you help us build a movement for better democracy in Britain? We’re seeking a new team member to help us bring in new members and supporters, and expand our grant fundraising.

The Membership & Fundraising Assistant will help us build a campaigning organisation capable of challenging the political establishment and building a better democracy. You will divide your time between the administration of our membership system, including the recruitment of new members, and seeking out and developing fundraising opportunities.

You don’t need to be a fundraising expert or know our CRM inside out, but you need to be willing to learn, to build on your existing skills and develop new ones.

This role is perfect for someone with voluntary or professional experience of membership organisations and who is looking to develop new skills, particularly in fundraising.

Digital Activism Coordinator

Join our team as the Digital Activism Coordinator to help us mobilise the next generation of activists, challenge the political establishment, and build a better democracy.

The Digital Activism Coordinator will lead on revamping and expanding our social and digital media presence to raise the profile of our campaigns and recruit a young and diverse activist base.

Whether you’re a self-taught digital guru or have professional experience in this area, we’re looking for someone who has a passion for digital communications in a campaign context and a track-record of delivering digital content that drives online engagement.

This role is perfect for someone who is a creative digital native and highly organised self-starter.

How would you inspire young people to campaign for a better democracy?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outreach and Activism Coordinator who will lead on building a young and diverse supporter base for our campaign, as part of our wider movement building strategy.

We don’t mind if you’re a self-taught campaigner or have professional experience in this area. What we are looking for is a passion for delivering great events and inspiring young people to take action. You might have run a successful campaign in your local area, trade union or as part of a student society.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to step up and take the lead on projects.
